Felicha Downie Brown, founder of Niyyah Community Enterprise, is a JNC qualified Youth Worker with a Masters in Youth Work and Community Development. A youth and community professional with extensive experience in developing and delivering impactful programmes. As a Black Muslim woman and professional, Felicha bridges the gap between communities and services that are often underserved. Her work is informed by both professional achievements and lived experiences, making her an advocate for effective, culturally sensitive community engagement.

Felicha's professional journey includes roles such as an External Examiner at Birmingham City University and a Committee Representative on the National Youth Agency’s Education Training Standards. These roles underscore her commitment to shaping the training and education of youth workers, contributing to the professionalisation and innovation of the youth, community, and education sectors across England.
